IHCNO DAISY Award Opportunities

The IHCNO encourages nominations for the DAISY Home-Based Clinical Nurse and DAISY Home-Based Nurse Leader awards. Online nominations can be submitted throughout the year by visiting www.ihcno.org and completing the nomination form on the website. Nominations are reviewed on a periodic basis by a volunteer committee of experienced home-based nurses and scored based on the criteria that are on the website.  Please encourage colleagues to submit nominations.
